The Reframe Project

A 7-week framework helping families rebuild and reframe what's possible.

Our next course begins April 21st | Tuesdays 8-9pm

Is This Is For Me?

The Reframe Project is for parents and carers who are making sense of their reality and are ready to rebuild.

If you've got some capacity and you're ready to lean into your life proactively - this is for you.

If you're still in survival mode - if every day is just getting through - our monthly meet-ups are where to start.

Not sure? Contact us. We'll help you work it out.

What to Expect

  • 7 weekly sessions, Tuesdays 8-9pm
    Online - join from anywhere

  • Small groups of 10 families
Connection with people who truly get it

  • Facilitated by Amelia & Katie - parents with lived experience
We don't give advice. We work alongside you, using parent carer experiences as our guide.

  • Come as you are
Share or listen. No performance. No pressure to talk.

  • £10 suggested donation per session
    No one turned away.

Why This Works

  • Having spoken to over 100 families, we mapped the steps we took to feel stronger and more resilient - we turned that into this framework.

  • When you're raising a child with SEND, the daily battles make it impossible to see what's actually working.

  • The overwhelm, the isolation, the constant firefighting - it clouds our view and experience. We can help you through.

  • We don't fix what's broken. We reframe what's possible.

The 7 Pillars Framework

Each week builds on the last, taking you from where you are to where you want to be.

The Journey

Pillar 3: Community & Relationships

Identifying your family's strengths. Seeing what's working, not just what's hard.

Where you are right now. Understanding your child's specific needs and making informed decisions for your family.

Pillar 1: Acceptance

Building connections with people who truly get it. Finding your FLOC.

Pillar 2: Tuning In

Pillar 4: Celebrate Uniqueness

Develop an awareness of yourself and make intentional choices about how you respond to challenges and restore your wellbeing.

Where we start. Not toxic positivity, not pretending it's fine. Just gently acknowledging what your family's life actually looks like - and starting to see it as valid and worth celebrating.

Pillar 5: Self Awareness

Understanding your story. Deciding how you want to define your family's journey. Communicating with clarity and confidence.

Pillar 6: Finding your voice

Having rebuilt your foundations, you can take this lived experience to other families navigating SEND - in the hope they to, can feel less alone.

Pillar 7: Impact
  • "I have had the most incredible experience with the Reframe Project. Finally I don't feel alone in the community - our group has been incredibly supportive. This course has been life changing. I feel I am a better parent as a result of it, and I now have such faith in my children and the community around me. I'm asking for help more and reaching out, which is lovely. I recommend anyone who has a neurodivergent child to join. Katie and Amelia were amazing."

  • "The Reframe Project gave me permissions I never thought I needed. Permissions to look at things differently. I honestly couldn't have got to where I am without Katie and Amelia. The support, guidance, and warmth throughout has meant more than I can express. Through the Tuesday evening sessions, I found a community where I could be honest, without feeling judged. Something I needed, but didn't know I was missing. They're doing something extraordinary, and I feel so grateful to have been a part of it."

    - Parent

  • "The Reframe Project has been incredibly empowering. I feel like FLOC has been the core of this journey for me. I'll keep the group and connections I made in my back pocket now - when things get tricky, I know they'll be there cheering me on and propping me up, which is just an amazing thing to have. This little group, this little moment of peace and thoughtfulness in a busy week, has been such a gift. It's incredible, and I can't thank you enough for offering it."
