The Reframe Programme

A 7-week framework helping parents and carers rebuild and reframe what's possible.

Our next reframe begins Sept 29th | Tuesday’s 8-9pm

Is This For Me?

The Reframe Programme is for parents and carers who are ready to feel more like themselves again, and ready to start building a life they recognise.

If you're ready to move beyond survival and reframe your story as a parent raising a child with any additional need, a disability or a sensitivity, this is a great place to start.

The programme is designed to help you find your way forward, beyond the struggle and chaos, towards something far more connected.

What to Expect

  • 7 weekly sessions, Tuesdays 8-9pm
    Online - join from anywhere

  • £10 suggested donation per session
No one turned away. Please get in touch if this is not possible.

Connection with people who truly get it

  • Facilitated by Amelia & Katie
Parents with lived experience who work alongside you

  • Come as you are
Share or listen. No pressure to talk.

  • A structured 7-step journey
From overwhelm and grief, through to acceptance, connection and a plan for moving forward.

Why This Works

  • Having spoken to over 100 families, we mapped the steps that helped us feel stronger and more resilient, and turned that into this framework.

  • When you're raising a child with any additional need, a disability or a sensitivity, the daily overwhelm and isolation can make it hard to see what's actually working, or what your next step could be. That's exactly where we can help.

  • We don't fix what's broken. We reframe what's possible.

The 7-Step Framework

Each week builds on the last, each step a little steadier than the one before

The Journey

Step 3: Relationships & Community

Building connections with people who truly get it. Finding your FLOC.

Where we start. Gently acknowledging what your family's life actually looks like, and starting to see it as valid and worth celebrating.

Step 1: Acceptance

Where you are right now. Understanding your child's specific needs and making informed decisions for your family.

Step 2: Tuning In

Identifying your family's strengths. Seeing what's working, not just what's hard.

Step 4: Celebrate Uniqueness

Developing self-awareness. Making intentional choices about how you respond, and restoring your wellbeing.

Step 5: Self-care

Understanding your story. Deciding how you want to define your family's journey. Communicating with clarity and confidence.

Step 6: Finding your voice

Recognising the value of your own lived experience. Seeing how far you've come, foundations rebuilt and ready for what's next.

Step 7: Growth
  • "I have had the most incredible experience with the Reframe Programme. Finally I don't feel alone in the community - our group has been incredibly supportive. This course has been life changing. I feel I am a better parent as a result of it, and I now have such faith in my children and the community around me. I'm asking for help more and reaching out, which is lovely. I recommend anyone who has a neurodivergent child to join. Katie and Amelia were amazing."

    - Parent

  • "The Reframe Programme gave me permissions I never thought I needed. Permissions to look at things differently. I honestly couldn't have got to where I am without Katie and Amelia. The support, guidance, and warmth throughout has meant more than I can express. Through the Tuesday evening sessions, I found a community where I could be honest, without feeling judged. Something I needed, but didn't know I was missing. They're doing something extraordinary, and I feel so grateful to have been a part of it."

    - Parent

  • "The Reframe Programme has been incredibly empowering. I feel like FLOC has been the core of this journey for me. I'll keep the group and connections I made in my back pocket now - when things get tricky, I know they'll be there cheering me on and propping me up, which is just an amazing thing to have. This little group, this little moment of peace and thoughtfulness in a busy week, has been such a gift. It's incredible, and I can't thank you enough for offering it."
